PERSONAL ORDERS - Personal orders are very welcome. Confirmation of your order and postage will be sent via return email. Your order will be shipped upon receipt of your payment.

SCHOOL ORDERS - All purchase orders must be accompanied by a purchase order, authorisation name and department name. Orders will be invoiced within 30 days.

POSTAGE & PACKAGING - Postage and packaging will be added at standard NZ Post rates. These rates will be advised on confirmation of your order by email.

CUSTOMER SERVICE - Satisfaction is guaranteed. Should you have any concern with your order please tell us within 7 days. Please check delivery carefully before stamping or marking any item with school name and code. Any materials returned must be in mint and saleable condition. Please ensure that the books are securely packaged to prevent damage in transit. Any books returned in a damaged condition will be charged for.
